Great but has some opportunities for improvement

I received this chair almost one month ago and have been taking clients. Overall the chair is nice. There are not a lot of non plumbing options for us to choose from so this one is definitely in the top two for a more professional look. However Ive noticed a few things while trying to service clients. A platform is almost always necessary so for the price of the chair it should at lease be some type of discount if you add the platform. Also the heat function on the chair or pedi bowl are very weak. Boiling water and adding it the water still goes luke warm by the end of the service. Also the foot rest is really small, There has to be a bigger option especially since its cushion people with bigger feet start to slide even with a towel over the cover. Last thing the added lamp is ok. Its not enough light and kind of short if you are needing to reach it to the foot rest. I have to use an additional lamp so I definitely could have saved the money and skipped that add on. Overall the look of the chair is great and I love that you can slide the tub in and out to save space. If minor things are adjusted or added to the customizations this could be 5 stars!

Best Compact Multi-Service Chair

My clients and I love our NEW upgrade! Beautifully made and very compact for my studio, once I move to a bigger place I hope to get the raise platform! For now I am ok with the low pump stool. The 10 week waiting period was well worth it! While my clients soak their feet, they can enjoy the massage feature on the foot massager and the vibration on the chair. Be warned! There is a small surprise on the seat lol. The back and the seat has vibration, customer can turn off the vibration on the seat and just leave the back vibration. So far, my clients love the comfort and they love that I am using disposable liner for their foot soak. I place a new liner in front of them so they know it is sanitary to place their feet in the tub. So far I am HAPPY with my investment :) . Thank you Belava for all of your help!
