Purchasing/Placing Order. For your convenience, Belava offers a variety of methods to place an order:

- Place order with authorized Distributors. Please contact us for the list of Distributors in your area or region
Prices and Payment Terms. Prices are subject to change, including shipping cost, without notice. All orders must be fully prepaid before shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards as form of payment. No American Express credit card payments accepted. All credit cards submitted for payment must have a US billing address. No COD terms. All items purchased in and shipped to California are subject to CA Sales Tax.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by Belava, all payments for Products shall be made in United States Dollars.
Shipping. All Belava’s shipping terms are subject to a lead time appropriate to individual Product, and are detailed under specific Product description.
We do not process/ship orders of Products on weekends. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and delivered to you.
We use FedEx Services for all shipments of orders within the continental USA. Standard delivery time is 4-7 business days (please keep in mind that it takes 24 hours to process your order).
For Customers in Alaska in Puerto Rico, we ship via US Postal Services. Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days. Belava does not ship its Products to Hawaii or Canada. Please contact us for information on our local distributors within Hawaii and Canada.
For Customers outside of USA please contact us for ordering/shipping information.
Belava does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is a complete and accurate street address to avoid delays in shipping.
For the shipping to residential addresses Belava charges applicable fees instated by FedEx or other transportation companies Belava contracts for the deliveries. Additional shipping charges such as restricted access, limited access, lift gate truck fee may apply to Customers’ order. Belava reserves rights to adjust the Products shipping cost for any additional charges imposed by carrier at the time of delivery and be reimbursed for any surcharges paid by Belava to the carrier on behalf of Customers.
Belava ships its equipment and furniture palletized via “best way” to ensure safe and cost reasonable delivery; standard delivery time 5-6 weeks from the time of order, but might varies by product ordered and its destination. Please refer to an individual Products description for the specific terms of the delivery. For the shipment of the equipment and furniture Belava will contact Customers via e-mail and telephone with the Shipping Notification, containing shipping details and instructions. Belava requests all transportation companies to provide a courtesy call to a Customer to schedule delivery appointment. Transportation companies provide only an estimate of a time for delivery and reserve the right to diverge from such estimates. Please be advised to contact the shipper’s dispatcher at the phone number provided in Belava’s Shipment Notification to obtain more accurate information about delivery day and time.
Risk of Loss. Belava ships its Products Free On Board shipping terms (“FOB”) Belava’s warehouse, arranging the Products delivery for the Customers. Belava uses third party shipping and forwarding companies to contract with them on behalf of the Customers for the Products delivery.
Inspect Shipment Before Signing off the delivery. All Belava products leave our warehouse in excellent working condition. To ensure that you are receiving your complete order and in acceptable condition, the National Claims Council Regulations specify that the customer receiving the order must inspect, examine and inventory the shipment as it is unloaded. If product or boxes are delivered damaged please make sure to document the damages or loss, take pictures of the shipment in the presence of the shipper’s representative and obtain driver’s or shipper’s representative signature. We recommend for you to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery by calling the transportation company. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you in filing and processing your claim, provided all necessary steps were taken as recommended above.
If you feel a part of your order is missing, document the product and quantity missing, and contact Belava within 24 hours, either via telephone at 818-708-7131, or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to check quantities against the packing slip and your invoice at the time of receipt, ascertaining that the missed product is not the result of loss during shipping.
Returns of Products. If you are unsatisfied with a Belava Products you have purchased directly from us, you may return the Products within fifteen (15) days of purchase. For a refund of the Product’s cost reduced by twenty percent (20 %) restocking fees of original purchase price, the Product must be in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and must reference a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA #”) provided by Belava. Original shipping charges are not refundable and the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers that choose to exchange or return merchandise are responsible for the shipping cost of returning product and the shipping cost of replacement product.
All return of Products without Belava’s specific consent will be rejected. When returning an item please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com or call 888-708-7131 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Warranty/Limitation of Liability. Belava designs and builds its Products with integrity, fine materials and compulsive attention to details to provide Customer with many years of Product use and Customer satisfaction.
Belava offers a limited Manufacturer’s Warranty that our product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Like any other warranty, Belava’s Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover damages resulting from regular use, abuse, mishandling or damage during the shipment.
Belava warrants that at the time of shipment the Products covered by Customer's purchase order shall meet Customer's specifications and shall be free of all defects in workmanship or material. The above warranties are given in lieu of all of the warranties, either express or implied, and all other warranties are hereby disclaimed, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that the Products do not meet the foregoing warranties, Belava shall, at its option, replace the Products free of charge or refund the purchase price paid for those Products by Customer. Such replacement or refund shall constitute Customer's sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranties and Belava shall have no additional liability therefor. Belava's liability for damages under Customer's purchase order or otherwise shall in no event exceed that part of the purchase price applicable to the Product with respect to which such damages are claimed. In no event shall Belava be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive or indirect damages attributable to the sale of the Products under this Agreement or any other matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Customer must notify Seller within ten (10) business days following receipt of the Products if any Product is damaged or if a shortage occurs. Belava will not be responsible for any claim for damage or shortage not reported within such ten (10) day period.
Order Cancelation. You can cancel any order that has not been shipped yet. To cancel an order, please call Belava at 888-708-7131 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience. Any cancelation of the order after it has been shipped out is treated as return of product within subject to fifteen (15) days return policy.

Force Majeure/Allocation. Belava shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or for non-delivery, in whole or in part, caused by the occurrence of any event or contingency beyond the control of either Belava or the suppliers/contractor to Belava, including but not limited to failure or delay in transportation; act of God, fire, explosion, flood, hurricanes or other unusually severe weather; strikes, walkouts or other disputes with workers; acts of any government or agency or subdivision thereof or judicial action; shortage of labor, fuel or raw materials; or any other event of similar or dissimilar nature that is not in Belava's reasonable control. In the event that any event of force majeure occurs, Belava may allocate available production and deliveries among Belava's Customers in any manner that Belava deems fit. Customer agrees to accept, as full and complete performance by Belava, deliveries in accordance with such determination as Belava may make. In no event shall Belava be required to purchase Products from third parties, nor will Belava be liable for any cost increases suffered by Customer in purchasing Products from a third party.
Product Description. Belava’s promotional materials, product information, product samples, printed and listed on this Site, are indicative only. All the product specifications, colors, weights, measurements, technical data, the terms and the prices are for the guidance only. Belava reserves the rights to amend above named information without notice.
Product Diversion. Customer acknowledges that Belava is selling the Products to Customer for Customer's professional use only. Customer agrees that it shall not divert Products to other resellers that are not authorized distribution channels of Belava, including but not limited to mass retailers and e-commerce sellers. In the event that Belava determines, in its discretion, that Customer has diverted Product to non-authorized channels of distribution, Belava shall have the right to refuse to make further deliveries to Customer, in addition to all other remedies available to Belava at law or in equity.
Immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to Customer.
Except as permitted in the paragraph above, Customer may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by Belava in writing. Customer may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business unless explicitly permitted by Belava in advance. Belava reserves the right to refuse selling products, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if believed that Customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to Belava interests.
Customer shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any content, information, or other material that (a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under U.S. or international law; or (c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other harmful code or properties.
Use of Seller's Trademarks and Website Images. Belava’s brand elements are an important part of our brand and we require that they be used properly, therefore we reserve the right to limit and control their use. Belava’s brand elements (our name and logo) are registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office and may not be used without Belava’s written permission. All images, product description, text and other information found on Belava's Site shall also be subject to US Patent, intellectual properties and copyright laws and provisions.
(a) Assignment. Customer's purchase order and its rights and obligations thereunder may not be assigned by Customer without the prior written consent of Seller.
Privacy and Security Policy. Ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information is very important to us. Personal information you provide to us such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, billing address, ship-to address and credit card information is maintained in private files on our secure web server and on our internal systems.
We take your privacy very seriously. We do not share, sell, or rent individual personal information with or to anyone unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of completing and shipping your orders.
Please note that email or fax is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never ask for sensitive information via email or fax.
If you received a mailing from us, (a) your address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future, or (b) you have registered, purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.
