General Shipping Information
All Belava shipping terms are subject to a lead time appropriate to each individual product and are detailed under specific product descriptions.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and delivered.
Belava uses third-party carriers to arrange the most dependable, efficient, and safe delivery method possible. Orders are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they leave our warehouse in excellent condition.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is a complete street address to avoid delays.
How Will My Order Ship?
At Belava, we arrange for your order to be shipped via the most dependable, quickest, and safest method available through our network of trusted third-party shipping companies.
Standard Shipping

Within the Continental USA: FedEx services; standard delivery time 4–7 business days (processing may take up to 24 hours).

Alaska & Puerto Rico: Shipments via USPS; standard delivery 7–10 business days. Contact us for details.

International Customers: Please contact us for ordering and shipping information.

P.O. Box Addresses: Belava does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete street address.
Shipment Methods
Belava offers multiple shipment methods depending on the product size and order:

Small Parcel

Within the Continental USA and whenever possible, smaller, lighter items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Depending on your location relative to our warehouse, items typically arrive 2–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.

No adult signature is required for delivery. If you want your package left at a specific location (e.g., side of the building or doorstep), leave a note for the driver including:

Instructions, such as “No Signature Required — Please Leave at Door”

2. LTL Ground Truck Freight (Curbside Delivery)
All pedicure chairs and furniture ship fully assembled and palletized via “best way” to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery.

Standard delivery for most chairs and equipment is 5–6 weeks from order placement, with some items taking 8–9 weeks or 12–14 weeks depending on product and order size.

Delivery is curbside only (to the curb, driveway, or as close as the carrier can access). Inside delivery is not provided.

Belava will contact you via email and phone with a Shipping Notification that includes shipment details and instructions.

Freight carriers provide an estimated delivery window but may adjust schedules; we recommend contacting the carrier directly for updated delivery timing.
Please note: Because all pedicure chairs and furniture are shipped fully assembled, it is very important to review the Measuring for Delivery section below before your order ships.

Residential Shipping & Additional Fees

Shipping to residential addresses may include additional fees charged by carriers (FedEx, UPS, or other contracted carriers), such as limited access, or restricted access.

Belava reserves the right to adjust shipping costs for any surcharges imposed by the carrier and to be reimbursed for any fees paid on behalf of the customer.
Measuring for Delivery
Before placing your order, please ensure that your chair or furniture will fit through all access points and into its intended location.
Check the following:

Can the delivery truck access your street or driveway?

Will the chair or furniture fit through all doorways, hallways, and stairways?

Is your room ready to receive the product?
-
For apartment buildings or homes with elevators, measure:

Elevator interior height

Elevator door opening width
-
Opposite wall distance

If delivery is refused because the purchased item(s) cannot fit into the home or room(s), the customer is responsible for all return costs in accordance with our return policy. If a delivery appointment is missed or the carrier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be returned and treated as a customer return, subject to shipping and handling deductions and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
It is vital that any visible damages at the time of delivery are clearly noted on the delivery slip before signing.
Inspecting Your Shipment
1. LTL Shipments (Chairs & Furniture)

Inspect the shipment in the presence of the driver.

Because all chairs and furniture ship fully assembled, it’s important to unwrap and visually inspect the actual product, not just the packaging.

If damage is visible, document it clearly and take photos before signing.

If unable to inspect fully, write on the delivery receipt:
“Subject to Inspection — Possible Concealed Damage.”

Retain a copy of the signed delivery receipt and email it to sales@belava.com
2. Small Parcel Shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

Inspect your items immediately upon receipt.

If damage occurred during transit, take clear photos of the product and packaging.

Report damage immediately to sales@belava.com
Risk of Loss & Title

Belava ships its products FOB Belava’s warehouse, arranging delivery for the customer via third-party carriers.
-
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If Belava uses its own freight or vehicles, risk passes upon delivery to the customer’s designated location.
Tips & Best Practices

Have helpers and equipment ready (dollies, straps, blankets).

Clear a pathway from the curb to the final location.
-
Take photos of shipment and packaging before opening.
-
Promptly report any damage or missing items (within 24 hours) to Belava.

Keep all packaging until claims are resolved.
Warranty Activation (LTL Shipments Only)
Manufacturer warranty is activated only for furniture and large equipment shipped via LTL.

Follow the inspection steps above to ensure warranty coverage.

If delivery is handled by someone else (e.g., receiving department), ensure they follow all inspection and documentation steps before signing the delivery receipt.
