Return Policy

Returns of Products (Excluding Chairs and Furniture)


If you are unsatisfied with a Belava Product purchased directly from us, you may return the Product within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Please note: all custom orders are final and non-refundable.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The Product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • You must reference a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) provided by Belava.

  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Specials, promotions, or products purchased with a coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products sold as “less-than-perfect,” clearance items, or factory seconds are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

Customers choosing to exchange or return merchandise are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement product.


All returns without Belava’s specific consent will be rejected. When returning an item, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Absolutely no accounts will be credited without an RMA number.

Please note: Complimentary items must be returned with the original purchase, or the customer will be charged the retail price of the item.


Returns of Chairs and Furniture

Belava does not accept returns on chairs and furniture. All Belava Chairs and Furniture are covered under the one-year manufacturer limited warranty. For warranty details, please see our Warranty Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:


  • Disposable products or consumables

  • Used or altered products

  • Custom orders or items purchased using promotional offers

  • Products sold as “less-than-perfect,” clearance items, or factory seconds are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

Order Cancellation (Excluding Chairs and Furniture)

Belava works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee order cancellations after the order has been placed.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return subject to the fifteen (15) day return policy.


Cancellation Policy for Orders Financed Through Third-Party Financing

Customers who wish to cancel a financed order must submit a written cancellation request including:


  • Order details

  • Financing company information

  • Reason for cancellation

Please note:


  • If the financing company does not allow cancellations, Belava cannot override their policy.

  • Any fees or penalties charged by the financing company are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed according to the financing company’s timeline, minus any applicable fees.

  • Belava will communicate with the financing company to facilitate the process but cannot guarantee outcomes.
