No-plumbing chairs use a removable tub with disposable liners—no water pipes, easy to move, and simple to sanitize. Plumbing chairs connect to your water and drain lines for continuous water flow.
Yes, most Belava stools and chairs feature adjustable height for technician comfort.
Yes, we offer a variety of upholstery colors and finishes so you can match your salon’s style.
Yes, many of our spas feature heat and vibration. The vibration may sound louder without water, but once the tub and liners are in place with water, the sound softens for a comfortable client conversation.
Yes, each tub includes a starter set of disposable liners. Additional liners are sold separately.
Our disposable liners are designed to meet California’s state sanitation requirements for salon services. However, regulations can vary by state, so we recommend checking with your local State Board of Cosmetology to confirm compliance in your area.

Ordering & Customization

You can order directly at belava.com or through one of our authorized distributors.
Both options are available. We also have a network of distributors for your convenience.
Custom orders usually ship within 8–14 business weeks, depending on the season and order size. We’ll notify you immediately if any delays occur.
We can accommodate changes if your order hasn’t entered production. Contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Lead times vary by product. Ready-to-ship items typically leave our warehouse within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items follow posted production timelines.
We ship to select countries. Canadian orders go through our authorized distributor (see our International Distributor List). Customers handle customs duties and taxes. Custom furniture orders require your own freight forwarder.
Pedicure chairs and large equipment ship fully asssembled via LTL Ground Freight on a pallet to ensure safe delivery.
Yes, freight carriers will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Care & Maintenance

With liners, disinfection isn’t needed. Just empty the tub and wipe the surface with rubbing alcohol or a gentle sanitizing wipe.
You can purchase replacement liners, tubs, and parts directly from belava.com.
We don’t provide repair services, but replacement parts are available with step-by-step instructions.

Returns & Warranty

Unused items can be returned within 15 days. Custom orders, furniture, chairs, disposable liners, and used items are non-refundable.
Yes, our products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
