One (1) Year Limitied Manufacturer's Warranty

Please review PRODUCT SPECIFIC warranty specifications at the bottom of this document. Belava’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

Belava designs and builds its Products with integrity, fine materials, and compulsive attention to detail to provide Customers with many years of Product use and Customer satisfaction. 

Belava offers a limited Manufacturer’s Warranty that our product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for a period of ONE (1) year, provided that:

  1. The product is operated in accordance with the printed instructions supplied
  2. The product is used under normal conditions for which designed
  3. The product is not subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident
  4. The product receives proper care, protection, and maintenance

Belava’s Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover damages resulting from regular use, abuse, mishandling, or damage during the shipment.

Belava warrants that at the time of shipment the Products covered by Customer's purchase order shall meet Customer's specifications and shall be free of all defects in workmanship or material. The above warranties are given in lieu of all of the warranties, either express or implied, and all other warranties are hereby disclaimed, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that the Products do not meet the foregoing warranties, Belava shall, at its option, replace the Products free of charge or refund the purchase price paid for those Products by Customer. Such replacement or refund shall constitute Customer's sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranties and Belava shall have no additional liability therefor. Belava's liability for damages under Customer's purchase order or otherwise shall in no event exceed that part of the purchase price applicable to the Product with respect to which such damages are claimed. In no event shall Belava be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive or indirect damages attributable to the sale of the Products under this Agreement or any other matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Customer must notify Seller within ten (10) business days following receipt of the Products if any Product is damaged or if a shortage occurs. Belava will not be responsible for any claim for damage or shortage not reported within such ten (10) day period. 

Equipment and Furniture

In order for your warranty to be activated please prepare for inspecting product at the time of the delivery (not outer packaging) actual product inside of the box. We urge you to please do not sign delivery documents or release driver without proper inspection of the product. If you are unable to inspect inner contents of the shipment at the time of delivery, please stipulate in writing on the delivery receipt (driver's copy and your copy) "Possible Concealed Damage" before signing.

Please make sure to follow below steps at the time of delivery:

  1. Unwrap the pallets
  2. Unpack the product in the presence of the driver
  3. Inspect all merchandise for any damages in the presence of the driver
  4. Sing-off delivery documents ONLY if product is received in good condition and there are no shortage
  5. In case of the shortage or any damages, please stipulate in writing on the delivery receipt (driver's copy and your copy) before signing
  6. Please make sure to retain your own copy of the delivery receipt in order for manufacture warranty be activated
  7. Please email us same day delivery receipt in order for manufacturer warranty to be activated

If equipment is to be received by receiving department or someone else other than yourself please make sure to instruct them to properly follow all necessary steps before signing delivery receipt. 

Person who is authorized must be present at the time of the delivery to sign off shipment documents ONLY if product is received in good condition and there is no shortage or any damages. In case of shortage or damages, please stipulate in writing on the delivery receipt (driver's copy and your copy before singing. If they are unable to inspect inner contents of the shipment at the time of delivery, please have them to stipulate in writing on the delivery receipt (driver's copy and your copy) "Possible Concealed Damage" before signing.

Coverage Disclaimer

Belava warranties cover manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship only. Please review our full warranty policy for complete details.

  • Basic installation is not covered under this warranty.

  • Installation is the sole responsibility of the customer or property owner.

  • Belava is not responsible for damages incurred during unpacking, moving, or installation.

  • Installation must be performed by a licensed plumber. If installation or inspection is not carried out by a licensed professional, Belava may deny coverage for parts and/or labor costs.

Instructions for Installation Issues

If an issue arises during or after installation:

  1. Report the Findings

    • Contact Belava immediately at support@belava.com.

    • Provide a written report from the licensed plumber, along with photos and/or videos.

    • The plumber should not attempt to fix the issue until Belava has reviewed it—otherwise the warranty may be voided.

  2. Schedule a Support Call

    • Book a Zoom session with Belava Product Support using our scheduler

    • During the call, Belava will review the installation, verify the issue, and determine next steps.

  3. Issue Verification

    • With the assistance of the licensed plumber, Belava will determine if the problem is due to a manufacturer defect or installation/setup.

If no licensed plumber is available, Belava can help locate one in your area.
If your plumber charges a consultation fee, Belava will reimburse up to $85.

⚠️ All plumbing-related issues must be diagnosed by a licensed plumber.

Manufacturer Defect Resolution

If Belava confirms a manufacturer defect:

  • Replacement parts will be provided at no charge.

  • Labor costs will be reimbursed up to $300, provided the work is performed by a licensed plumber, handyman, or other qualified professional.

Before repairs can begin, Belava requires the following:

  • Copy of the plumber’s/technician’s professional license.

  • Business information (company name, address, and contact details).

  • Copy of the estimate/invoice for services.

  • Completed W-9 form for payment processing.

  • All documentation must be sent to accounting@belava.com, along with your support ticket number provided by Belava at the time of consultation.

⚠️ Repairs made without Belava’s prior written approval will void the warranty.

Important Notes

  • Only repairs performed by licensed or qualified professionals and approved by Belava are eligible for reimbursement.

  • This policy ensures manufacturer defects are verified, costs are reasonable, and all work is handled safely and professionally.
