Limited Warranty Coverage
Belava designs and manufactures its products with care, using quality materials to provide long-term use and customer satisfaction. Belava provides this Limited Warranty, which warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period specified for each product category (the “Warranty Period”), beginning from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser, provided that:
- The product is used according to the instructions supplied.
- The product is used under conditions for which it was designed.
- The product is not subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.
- The product receives proper care, maintenance, and protection.
Implied Warranties
To the extent required by law, Belava also provides implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For customers in California, implied warranties run concurrently with the written warranty period for each product category, and never less than sixty (60) days, as required under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. For customers outside California, implied warranties apply as required by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the laws of the state in which the product is sold.
Shipping of Replacement Parts
inbound shipping for inspection or repair, or return of full units remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified for a product category.
1. Disposable Supplies Products
Disposable liners and other one-time use supplies.
- Limited Warranty: Replacement if defective at the time of purchase.
- Once replaced, the warranty does not continue beyond the initial replacement.
2. Pedicure and Manicure Supplies Products
Pedicure tubs, pedicure bowls, manicure bowls, manicure stands, manicure hand rests.
- Limited Warranty: Six (6) months from date of delivery.
- Remedy: Replacement of defective items, subject to Belava’s written authorization.
- Belava covers shipping of replacement parts under warranty.
3. Pedicure Tools Products
- Limited Warranty: One (1) year from date of delivery.
- Extended Limited Warranty: An additional one-year extended warranty is available for the Pro HM Foot Massager at a cost of $105.
- Remedy: Repair or replacement of defective units, subject to Belava’s written authorization.
- Belava covers shipping of replacement parts or repaired units back to the customer under warranty; the customer is responsible for inbound shipping of the defective unit to Belava for inspection or repair.
4. Furniture Products
Elora furniture line (excluding Elora Pedicure Dolly) and Edge Manicure Table.
Belava furniture is manufactured to order, with custom finishes, upholstery, and configurations tailored to each customer’s specifications. For this reason, returns are not accepted once production is completed and the product has been delivered. If an issue arises, Belava’s manufacturer limited warranty provides coverage through authorized repair or replacement of components verified to have manufacturing defects. Refunds are not offered, as each product is built specifically for the purchasing salon and cannot be resold or repurposed.
- Limited Warranty: One (1) year from date of delivery.
- Coverage:
- Structural components and assemblies are covered against manufacturing defects.
- All warranty repairs must be carried out under Belava’s written authorization and supervision.
- Repairs must be performed by a licensed and insured commercial technician or service provider, either appointed by Belava or pre-approved in writing.
- Repair or replacement of defective items, subject to Belava’s written authorization.
- Belava covers shipping of replacement parts supplied under warranty.
- The reimbursement limit is to be set by Belava, based on the market average for repairs of this type of equipment.
- Costs will be reimbursed or paid directly by Belava only after service is completed, along with a detailed description of the service performed, including supporting images and video.
- To procure payment, the service provider must also supply Belava with the necessary business information, including proof of license, company details, and proper tax documentation.
- No upfront payments will be issued to the customer’s technician or service provider under any circumstances.
5. Pedicure Chairs & Pedicure Dolly Products
Belava Pedicure Chairs (all models) and Elora Pedicure Dolly.
Belava pedicure chairs and related furniture are manufactured to order, with custom finishes, upholstery, and configurations tailored to each customer’s specifications. For this reason, returns are not accepted once production is completed and the product has been delivered. If an issue arises, Belava’s manufacturer limited warranty provides coverage through authorized repair or replacement of components verified to have manufacturing defects. Refunds are not offered, as each product is built specifically for the purchasing salon and cannot be resold or repurposed.
- Limited Warranty: One (1) year from date of delivery.
- Coverage:
- Structural components, plumbing assemblies, electrical/massage elements, and proprietary Belava assemblies are covered against manufacturing defects.
- All warranty repairs must be carried out underBelava’s written authorization and supervision.
- Repairs must be performed by a licensed and insured commercial plumber or a licensed technician, either appointed by Belava or pre-approved in writing.
- The cost of plumbing installation is not covered under this warranty.
- Service Authorization Process:
1. Report findings: Contact Belava at support@belava.com immediately.
2. Provide visuals: Before any repair work is approved, the salon must provide clear images and/or video of the defect so Belava can assess the issue and begin troubleshooting efficiently.
3. Technician consultation: As part of the warranty process, Belava will consult directly with the hired plumber or technician regarding the issue and the specific steps required to fix the defect. Troubleshooting can be carried out either by a plumber hired by Belava or by a technician/plumber hired by the salon with Belava’s prior approval.
4. Proprietary methods: Because Belava equipment is of a proprietary design, it is essential that the service provider understands the correct repair method before any work begins.

6. General Exclusions (Applicable to All Products)
The following are not covered under any Belava limited warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or fading.
- Damage from misuse, neglect, alteration, or failure to follow Belava’s instructions.
- Installation errors by non-authorized installers.
- Plumbing issues caused by site-specific conditions, water pressure, or external water supply.
- Environmental damage (including flooding, fire, accidents, or other acts of nature).
- Damage from use with non-Belava products (including third-party tubs, bowls, plumbing parts, or accessories).
- Any service, labor, or parts not authorized in writing by Belava.
7. Limitation of Liability
Belava’s responsibility is limited strictly to repair or replacement as described in this limited warranty. Belava is not liable for:
- Loss of use, revenue, or profits.
- Loss of anticipated savings or business opportunity.
- Loss of goodwill or reputation.
No Belava reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify or extend this limited warranty. If any provision of this limited warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
8. Legal Rights
This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by state. For California customers, this limited warranty complies with the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, apply for the duration of the applicable written warranty period, but never less than sixty (60) days. If Belava is unable to repair a product to conform to this limited warranty after a reasonable number of attempts, California purchasers may be entitled to a replacement or refund as provided by law.
Outside California, implied warranties apply as required by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the laws of the state in which the product is sold.
